Spotted Sweetlips Reef Safe?

My LFS said no, but I have read otherwise..

50/50 but i wouldnt put one in a 29gal they get almost 3ft in length

Yes, that is a no brainer lol.
But my second question is if anyone has pictures of a large specimen.

It is actually a awsome looking fish.

Damned LFS I have more faith in the information through these forums than asking the staff there...

IMO its one of the nice juvi fish but ugly when theyre adult

Afriend of mine had one in his 90 for about a year. He grew it up from a 2'' little guy to about 7 or 8'' before he found it a new home. It was a well behaved fish not bothering anything in the tank. The only problem he had with it was it's habit of picking up sand and dropping it all over the the tank. He buried a lot of the corals down near the bottom. So my buddy had to blow the sand off them every couple of days.
