spaghetti worms?

i have been looking into diffrent types of worms... for exaple spaghetti worms.....i had a few before but i havent seen them lately ......i am looking for some info on them wheather they are good or bad.... and if bad how to get rid of them .. and i am about 85% sure thats the type(of worm) i had .

They play a vital role in the overall health of my DSB. Good to have, one way or the other. Search Chaetopteridae.
