Icecap t5
Ok,
I'm convinced to go to t5's. How good are the icecap retro 2x39's? They are not driven by the 430 or 660 ballast and I'm wondering if the ballast they come with is good. I need some input. My other option was a nova retro, but everyone seems to say the icecap reflectors are the bomb. Anyway, are the ballast with these (not being the 430 or 660) good?

says they come with Universal AccuStart or Vossloh-Schwab electronic ballast . Are these good ballasts?

They are the 2x39 high outputs at reefgeek. The ones for 149.00
