Update on tank
Here's an update on my little 10 gallon.
Mushroom What is this? It seems like a skeleton of a previous life form. |

its cycling nicely--the rock has corraline growing already --that's a sign of good stuff going on.
What's your latest tank water parameters.--ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

Yeah I do water tests every other day. Eash time, everything comes out to zero. Except my nitrates were at 0.5 the first week, but 0.0 now.
I do 1 gallon water changes 3 times a week, with distilled water. Lights are on about 6-8 hours a day. |

I have a Jebo 72 watt PC 10,000k and actinic. I could also add a T-5 48 watt, but will if needed.
If I wanted to add new cured rock, do I just throw it in or do I need to let it sit in a bucket? |

at this point in the cycling add it to the tank but a couple of pounds every other day or so--if the ammonia is going to spike then you seem on top of that

Oh ok, because I wanted to add more rock. I'll get them 1 piece at a time, wanted to add another 10 LBS.
