I would just drop them in. Your perameters might be better than the holding tanks at the LFS. A breath of fresh air. Do a test on the water they came in to see.

Not the best advice, but I've never had any problems due to the acclimation. Snails maybe. Seen those nitrates blood red in the bag. Might be a breath of fresh air.

FWIW.

I wouldn't drop zoos straight in without a freshwater/lugols dip first

I have done what cloak said and tested LFS bag water. Really not a good thing to do, you probably will not like the results. Along with that, I did find the salinity of thiers to be lower than my tanks by quite a bit. From a few LFS, not just one so keep that in mind. I think they like lower salinity for the fish as it lowers bacteria counts from what I have read. Also probably saves money making higher dose replacement water to refill tanks. I usually always bring my things up to temp by floating, then put them into a container and add 1/4 the amount of water they are in from my tank, wait 10 minutes and add another 1/2 amount to that. Then I remove the item from the water and put it into the tank, throwing the container water away. Just remember you need to have some saltwater on hand to replace your tank water after this, as just using R/O would eventually drop your tanks salinity.
