REd on the rocks
Not sure if this is good or not The rock is turning red .I notice alot of my rock changing color but this one is bright red

Far as I know, it's red coralline algea....
Coralline comes in several different colors. Primarily shades of Purple, but also pink, red, and green....... I think it's VERY pretty! |

Yea, that is coraline algae. Wow, what a pretty red color too!!

Look at the rock on the left and the first one over on top My wife says it is a alligator head

and yes, that one looks like coralline algae, however it seems to me that it is too soon to start growing in just one month, are you already dosing calcium ? where did you get the live rock from ? In any case expect more red from the remaining rocks, beautiful.

Looks like coralline to me but just to be sure, what happens if you blow on it hard with a turkey baster? It is coralline it will not blow off.

I have not starting dosing anything As a matter of fact first time oi have heard of dosing period.
Ipaid alot for my rocks as the lfs said they were fully cured and ready to go? I thought he was bulling me but maybe not.

Looks like red coralline to me. Your lucky if you are geting it to grow only after a month.
