Rotifers affecting polyps?

I dumped some rotifers and its liquid into my aquarium 2 days ago and some of my polyps look like there throwing up their guts and some look shriveled up. Anyone else have this problem? Was I suppose to filter the rotifers out with a coffee filter?

There's only one opening for in and out. After they're done digesting their food anything left over has to come out the same way it went in. What you're seeing isn't that unusual.

In the future though, yes you should filter out the rotifers from their culture water before you add them to the tank.

Current Tank Info: tore them down to move and haven't had the time or money to set them back up
