Aptasia and Air

I've fought Aptasia for awhile and every time I get the MT clean and clear, seems like the critters come back from my overflow boxes. I've cleaned the inside of the box but have a hard time getting down into the weir. If I drain the boxes and let air hit the aptasia, will they DIE????????

Very good chance it; the more air exposure the better.
