It depends on how big your tank is.

If you're talking about the 29g tank in your sig, that would be 800g/hr = 27X turnover.

For LPS that would be fine but aim for 50-60X turnover for SPS.

WOW...thats a lot of flow!

Maybe I should reconsider going with 2 koralia 3's...which would make 1700gph...58X

Sps require a lot of flow and some sps tanks have more flow than 60X per hour.
