Phosphate Prob?Hi

Hi ,I'm confused i have 5 year old reef .It's very stable,I recently have seen brown diatom algae starting to grow on sand ,brown film on glass& rock.Some of my coralline is turning white on my glass&my rock.I never had a problem with phosphate .I have 3 test kits & they all read zero.This puzzling for me .What do you guys think,maybe just enough to start problem that doesn,t read.I have 2 6100s& 2 6000 Tunzes for flow& a iwaki 1000 for main pump.I have a 75 gal refugium with a plenum . nitrates 0 nitrite 0 calcium 430 pinpoint,mag 1440,Ph 8.4 day 8.2 night. Temp78night 80 day.I don,t know what to do. I do use ro/di .I use a 5 stage aqua fx with a tds of 0.Any help would be great.
