That is the first link to marinedepot that I have seen work. How deep is your tank? If your tank is not too deep I think it will work.

With it being 13" deep you will fine, SPS could be kept on the bottom. That fixture is only $152 at petmountain.com with free shipping.

great choice.

with the t5 you will have tons of options for color by trying different bulb combos

I don't have any experience with this fixture but thought I would point something out. You said this is for a 20L? If that is so won't the tank be 30" long? The fixture is listed as only 24" long, so if you could hang it over the tank you would still have about 6" of your tank not covered by lighting. That may pose a problem.

20L is 30" long. I would look for a dual 65W pc fixture they are available in 30" units. If you are set on getting a T-5 fixture I would recommend getting a dual 39W unit. Even though the T-5 fixture is 36" long it doesn't over hang the tank too much and gives you complete tank coverage. There is no comparison between 48watts and 78 watts of T-5...I added one to my 20L and all the coral growth excellerated. I have both of them on my 20L.

If I were to pick just one I would get the dual 65W PC with 10 or 14K bulbs. Skip the actinic if you want SPS growth. I have different results compared to MH lighting. Under PC lighting the corals grow thicker yet slower but I seem to have better polyp extension.
