those two skimmers are not in the same league! the ps150 is a 6" body with a 450 lph air flow...the MSX200 is an 8" body wit 1000-1200 lph of air, and a neck to handle it. The PS200 would be a closer comparison for size...but the MSX still stomps it for airdraw.

I am placing an order for an octo ext ps150.

I will be comparing it to my euro-reef rs135.

Octo Pro 250 will be out in the next couple weeks and looks like a real nice skimmer. Way more skimmer than the ext ps150.

I can't comment on the MSX but from what I've read they are having some pump issues and have to remachine the pump housing or something just to get them to run properly.

Well, at this point the only problem the msx's have is they are out of stock. The 200's and 250's are plug and play and ready to go when you get them. The 160 seems to have a minor flaw in that the standpipe is an inch or 2 to high. They are going to fix it if it needs to be fixed and that would be it. They are still the best deal out there.
