Stocking a 75 FOWLR
I'm still in the planning stages of my 75 Gallon Aquarium, and I'm looking into what kind of fish to buy. Upon looking through a web sight, I fell in love with the following fish.
Before anyone gets upset, I know it's probably too much...so I'm asking which ones won't play well with the others or wouldn't be good in a 75 Gallon community FOWLR anyway. Crab, Blue Leg Hermit (How many should I get?) Starfish, Brittle X2 Shrimp, Scarlet Skunk Cleaner X1 Angel, Flame X1 Basslet, Black Cap (Medium) X1 Damsel, Yellow Tailed Blue X3 Mandarin (Green) (Medium) X1 Royal Gramma Basslet (Medium) X1 Hawkfish, Longnose (Medium) X1 What is your advice? |

BIG no to the mandarin. They need a well established tank with tons of pods.

Second on the mandarin. The hawkfish eats shrimp/crabs. The damsels are going to get mean. The black cap and the royal gramma may not like each other. How about a fairy wrasse, or a pair of clownfish?
Good Luck! |

Sounds like you need to do a little more research on your choices. The comments above are correct. Be careful when choosing your kids because just because your LFS says they'll fine, it's best to get on RC and get the right answer. LFS just want to make a sale! Be careful and good luck!
