diamond goby

i want to add a diamond goby to my 65 to keep my sandbed clean looking (not a dsb). my tank has been up and running for about 5 months. do you think my sandbed is mature enough to sustain the goby? if not will they eat frozen food/pellets?

That is a too small of a tank to support a Diamond...IMAO
Stick with a Dragon goby (better cleaners, I have had both...)
