Little help...what can I do

I have a 30 gallon tank...my water is the following: Salinity 1.026, Ph 8.3, rates 0, rites 0, Alk 9, Cal 460, phos 0. I have 150 watt, 14k metal hal bulb...i was wondering...what can I do (any tricks) to help the polyps come out of my sps coral? Some are out like mad, but some dont come out very far. What do you think I could do? I dont feed them, should I do that?

Josh
