Do you really think someone is going to have an answer to that other than "Replace the bulb"

How old are the bulbs? They may shift in spectrum over time, but I have never seen one shift dramatically in one day. You could swap bulbs between ballasts and see what happens, or just do like Pmolan suggests and replace it.

If the bulbs are new they will tend to get more blue after the first couple of days then gradually shift to more yellow as they age. 14K Phoenix are more blue than 20Ks of some brands. I have one on my 90 and it's more blue than the 20K Coralife I had before.

Also, DE bulbs can look different depending on how the bulb is oriented in the fixture. Take a look and see if the "nipple" from the glass molding on the bulb is facing a different direction than the other two.
