Lightbulb Just shareing some pics of the 5g to 15g ATO water storage upgrade. (Pics Included)

Just thought I share my new upgrade from the 5g to the 15g water storage and hope maybe this could help someone else out aswell. As you can see Im not lucky enough to have a direct RODI feed to the tank so I had the good o 5g jug for the the top-off. It served Its purpose but now Im going from filling the jug once a week to once a month, hopefully thats what Im shooting for. Here is a link from where I obtained It from, $45.99 with free shipping was the final price. Its very durable and strong, overall Im pretty happy with It. Dimensions are Diameter 14.4" height 26.1" weight 7 lbs.

I have 2 of those containers I never use and I was thinking of doing the exact same thing! good job! I'll probably end up cutting the hole bigger so I can shove my MJ1200 down in it.

nice. That is a tall stand. Is it a PITA to get that thing into the stand once full? Good looking step up though

Thanks, The stand Is just a standard AGA stand 18Wx48Lx33H, as far as filling it I dont take it out. I have an RODI unit underneath my kitchen sink with 25ft of line. When the tank gets low I just run the tubeing accross my dining room and fill it up. 15g of water Is a little heavy for me to lift.

nice, ive got 37 gallon and 55 gallon top off reservoirs and it's so much less often a hassle dealing with filling them up

and you don't want your ro/di hooked directly to your tank, bag things tend to happen.
