A couple of misc. questions

Hi,

I am getting a 4x39W t5 unit for my 3ft tank and had some questions about the bulbs. I have had some say run 3 white 1 blue run 2 white 2 blue.. I was curious what you guys think. Also, if running 2 white and 2 blue do you have them staggered blue/white/blue/white or must it be blue/blue/white/white. And what are the best brand of bulbs my situation mainly fowlr but now shrooms/polyps and a few coral frags.

Last question.. I have some Kent Zoe that i now add to my fish food every few days. I notice on the bottle it says you can dose it to the tank water for invertebrates. Just wondering if there are any drawbacks to this such as 'feeding' nuisance algae as well as the invertebrates.

Thanks!
