orange linka sterfish
my starfish died after 2 days in the tank. I have corals and anemone and of course fish. also a CUC. what do you think caused this?

The orange linka is probably the hardiest of the reef safe stars. But even they are hard to keep longterm, often diminishing in size as they starve.They do need excellent water quality and a solid acclimation without exposure to air .

Air exposure is not an issue. These guys are poor shippers and sensitive to quick acclimation. Somewhere along the line the star was most likely acclimated poorly.
