Can someone recommend me a brand?

Theres a few ways like a Kalk drip or a liquid calcium additive. It really depends on tanks age and type of stock and amount calcium drops in between water changes. Sometimes changeing salt brands can help. Need better info for better answer.

Liquid is fine.

Cant say.
In a new tank with little to no stock then water changes alone are enough.There are other trace eliments that need to be added and water changes will do this.
Type of stock?
And the reading before water change and after water change.
