Discover worm need id

Hi , I discovered this and not sure if it's good or bad worm . Can someone ID this please. Thanks

yeah, you're gonna want to get rid of that and all the others that are probably in your tank now. I spent about a month sucking those things out with a turkey baster before I got rid of them completely.
