75 Gallon 24"x30"x24" Rimless Coast to coast Overflow Build
Hi all, I'm currently setting up my new tank it's custom made here locally from NAFB(Toronot, Canada).
The two Large holes on the inside are 1.5" returns, which will have durso standpipes, the smaller holes will have my 3/4 Retun to the tank which will be driven by a Velocity T4 pump 1255 GPH. I'm also ordering 2 x Tunze 6045 powerheads to be driven by my reefkeeper 2. |

I've got my ligh as well it's a Giesemann Ininfinity fixture 250w MH + 4x24w T5
Unfortunetly at the time of taking the pictures I was not able to fire up the MH bulb due to recieving the wrong ballast for the fixtue, I later recieved a new electronic ballast for the fixture and everything works great, I will post updated pictures once I get the light hanged. I've been working on the sump design for the tank as well, I want to maximize refugium space and utilize as much space as possible for a sump under the tank. I'm going to be using a BK mini 180 for this setup, it's a little overkill considering the tank size but I do plan to be keeping a more SPS dominated tank. I will post more pics as things begin to take shape I should have my custom stand ready by saturday. |

Hey, Just wondering you have an external pump... did you connect it with an elbow coming out of your sump?
