What size return pump for 10/15 gal fuge?

So I am putting together a 10 or 15 gal refugium I have a tidepool overflow and all the connections I am now debating the return pump size. I am considering either a MAG 5 or a MAG 7 anyone have any insight on either or something different even? The distance from the fuge to the tank will be about 4.5 feet.

I'd probably use a small Eheim or Mini-Jet, and try for perhaps 100 gph.

I agree unless that is 4 feet vertical distance---I don't think the mini-jet could handle that head pressure

It is going to be vertical about 4 feet straight up plus a couple 90's along the return coming out of the Fuge then going into the tank.

Mag 5 should do fine mine is about 46 inches head loss and works wonderfully

Current Tank Info: 75 gal mixed. 2 Ocellaris clowns 2 Bluegreen chromis 1 PJ cardinal 1 blue tang 1 red reefstarfish 1 cleaner shrimp 1 Peppermint shrimp 1 BTA 1 Xenia 1 Lavender mushroom green open brain various CUC (coming soon 1 copperband butterfly)
