FS: 60g tank, ASM G2, IceCap 660/T5 kit, Hamilton 150w MH pendant, MH/CF fixture, etc

I am in the process of breaking down my tank. A bunch of you RC guys came over the other day and bought up all my corals and most of the fish / inverts. Starting to sell off some of the equipment now.

I'd prefer to sell my whole acrylic 60g long, stand, canopy, plumbing, sump, Little Giant return pump, IceCap T5 lighting system, and ASM G2 sump as a whole. If anyone wants to do that, I will put priority in the sale and will let everything go for a better price. E-mail me to discuss a price if you would like to do this.

Otherwise, I will sell off the equipment in pieces. I am located in Huntington Beach. Pickup only please. First person to show up with cash in hand gets the item. Please e-mail me with any further inquiries at michaelhuoh@alumni.usc.edu .

Acrylic 60g long with overflows, sump, stand, canopy, canopy fans, Little Giant 3-MDQX-SC return pump (4 months old) - will be sold without the lights. Tank is dirty in the pic, a lot of coralline on the acrylic and salt water streaks on the front. I need to drain the tank and scrub it down after the last 4 fish are gone. Acrylic has some scratches consistent with the age of the tank, won't be a problem to buff the scratches out. I would like $200 OBO.

Pic of the tank when it had livestock a month ago.......

Pic of the tank after RC members bought everything!

ASM G2 - owned since 5/2007. Just took it out of my sump two days ago when all the coral and rocks came out. Has worked flawlessly all this time. I will give it a good scrubbing since it is covered in little tube worms. $160 OBO.

IceCap T5 retrofit kit purchased from ReefGeeks. Had a problem with the Icecap 660 ballast back in December, got some salt spray into it and it shorted. Sent it back to IceCap and they cleaned it out and repaired it. Also got a new wiring harness. When I got it back in early January, I re-wired it all and put in new T5 bulbs. So, the bulbs are about 2.5 months old. Includes IceCap 660 ballast, 4 reflectors, 4 pairs of T5 endcaps, 4 T5 bulbs, and whatever else is in the kit. $180 OBO.

Hamilton Reefstar 150 watt metal halide pendant. I haven't used this thing in about 4 years. Been sitting in my garage. I used it for about 7 months and replaced it with another lighting fixture. It still works though. Comes with the ballast. $100 OBO.

Some no brand lighting fixture that I had on my 29g tank after the Hamilton pendant. It contains two 150w HQI metal halides and two 36w 50/50 compact fluorescents. Still works well, comes with the ballast and everything needed to fire it up. The one problem with it is that the glass plate under the MH bulbs shattered when I was cleaning it. Will need to replace the glass before mounting over your tank. I paid $650 for this setup and used it for 2.5 years. The bulbs work, but the current bulbs are probably over a year old. $100 OBO.

Sorry man, not really into surfboards. I will consider interesting trades related to automotive stuff, electronics, or firearms. Thanks!

I'll take interesting aftermarket items for a 996 Porsche Carrera 4S or a B6 Audi S4. I also like handguns and rifles...... I would gladly also trade items for ammo, especially FMJ 9mm luger rounds. Damn, anmo is expensive these days.

I've been asked this a lot via PM and email........ yes, you DO need to run a piece of UV filtering glass under the HQI metal halide bulbs. So as I stated above, you cannot just put the MH/CF fixture over your tank without having a glass maker cut you a piece of glass to fit in the fixture.
