Phosban Reactor: Started and water comes out redish?
I just turned on my Phosban reactor I just got.
The water that comes out is a redish brown colour and now the entire tank is kinda red but I unpluged it before it leaked anymore and jumped right on here to ask for advice! I didn't hear anything about when you turn it on it maked funky coloured water right off the bat! What should I do? Did I do somthing wrong because I followed the directions exzactly!

You did not rinse the phosban? I doubt it would harm much/anything in the tank but I would remove the reactor and rinse the phosban before starting up again.

ALWAYS flush the GFO in a bucket until the water runs clear before pointing the output in the sump or display. It can cause serious problems with your livestock. Most brands of GFO clearly state this on the package. The TLF PhosBan even comes with a warning on a yellow piece of paper placed in the container.
