Diamond drill bit and hole size

I have a 70mm diamond drill bit. Is this big enough to accomodate a 2 inch bulkhead? I was told that it would be alright but I am just making sure.

It depends on the bulkhead...it's always better to have the BH in hand before drilling. But, at least figure out what size (sch40 or sch80) and see if the place you are purchasing it from has a hole size chart.

I wanted the one that was not heavy duty. The heavy duty (SCH 80) said it needed a 3 inch hole or 76.2mm hole saw.
