T12 ballast

Hi, I'm looking into something kinda like the CORALIFE 2-Lamp NO Electronic Ballast Kit With T12 Endcaps
but 55 bucks is kinda crazy.

Is there something i can get thats like this...I just need to be able to mount my lights over some 20 gals i have setup.

Does anyone know of a product like the coralife one?...maybe at a hardware store or something?
