Ordering Parts Today Need Advice

Ok, so for my current 29g, I'm ordering all my sump parts, heres what I got so far,

eathier a Tom Aquatics or CPR Overflow box,

I believe a Coralife 65Gallon ProteinSkimmer (needlewheel)

Now for the water pump I don't know what to get, anyone have any ideas? for me, everything is going into a 10g AGA for the sump, no chambers just boom inlet skimmer then the return pump, into some kind of hang on directional return. thanks in advance

Most people here will tell you to get a Lifereef Overflow.
The cpr and tom's both need an aqualifter to keep the air out of the siphon.
I recently switched from a cpr to lifereef.
the cpr was ok but you have to watch it to make sure the air nipple in the siphon doesn't get clogged. Then you WILL loose siphon.

Great choice of skimmer and as for a return pump you need to figure out how much flow you want and how much your overflow can handle as in GPH.

No,
I highly disagree through you're sump you should only have 3-5X turnover rate
you should not use you're return pump for the main part of the flow in you're DT
Doing so more so then not creates a micro bubble problem...

Thats not completly true, and your reading to much into what I said I guess I have to break it down barney style for high school kids, What I ment is he doesnt want to get a pump to big for the overflow and not be able to handle it but yet not to little the the overflow loses siphon.

I would suggest the cpr cs-90 overflow with a mag drive 5 pump or you could ad a swcd and use a mag drive 7. If you go with the cpr do not get the aqualifter they are notorious for failing, use a regular powerhead instead. I dont know much about that particular skimmer so i wont say anything about it.
