T5 Ballast Repair
Do ballasts have fuses? because if they do can they be replaced...theres a thing in it that looks like a fuse that appears broken. If i can't get this thing working can i hook T5's to a PC ballast? Or can i get ballasts repaired somewhere or buy really cheap ones somewhere?
