visible superglue on LR

Hi, I have attempted to secure a ricordea to a piece of LR and was unsuccessful. The ric has attached on its own now but I have three visible white super glue splotches on the LR. Will this ever coraline up so that it is not noticeable any more? Thanks.

yeah. eventually, you may want to try and pick it off. i have had success in that, and it looks bad. but so does the putty, and i have lots of that right now.

Yes it will. Its best to use Gel superglue and setup a frag station to do your work. You can use Gel super glue to secure to a frag and epoxy to secure frag to LR. for some helpfull tips goto Youtube.com and look for videos on coral fragging. There are a few.

I use gel Loctite glue and I've found it starts to get brittle after about a month. If I were you, I'd just leave it alone for a few weeks and, next time you're in the tank doing other maintenance, you'll likely be able to pick it off rather easily. For me, the glue will usually just pop right off all in one piece, using my fingers or a pair of quality stainless steel forceps.

Thanks all, these are the pics of the new rics. I have had to toothpic one to the LR and the other is holding on tight. The tooth pic guy was holding on but barely. I am helping him along.

Can anyone out there tell me their proper name? I got them in a trade. Thanks.
