Heating questions for my 250

I am doing a 250 build, slowly. I am in the process of planning. I will have a 75 gallon sump and a 55 or 75 gallon fuge. It has been awhile and I do not know how to figure the heating for aquariums anymore. Could someone let me know what to do?
