Freshwater Gravel in SW tank?
If I use the gravel from my freshwater tank in the saltwater tank, will it cause the cycling to go quicker or slower? Or is there any harm in using it? Keep in mind I'll be cleaned but still have live freshwater bacteria in it.

It won't do anything good, but it might not harm anything, depending on the type of gravel. Anything that's silica or calcium carbonate is fairly likely to be okay.

It's actually westcoast ocean gravel. 90% rock particles, not much silica. It was initially boiled to get the salt out so it could be used in freshwater. Any it will be used in a fish only saltwater tank.

It might be fine. I probably wouldn't use it, because gravel makes a mess, in my experience, but it might be safe. Most substrates are.
