Pentair Seahorse vs Hayward Power-Flo II Pumps

Does anybody know what the difference between the Pentair Aquatics Lifegard Seahorse pump and the Hayward Power-Flo II pump is?

I've been looking at the Seahorse 3/4HP pump, but then I found the Hayward online...

They look like exactly the same pump, they're both self-priming, and the specs appear to be nearly identical, but the Hayward is $70 or so less.

Seahorse Specs (R175039):

Power-Flo II Specs (SP1775):

Does anybody have any experience with either pump or know the story behind this phenomenon?

Thanks!
