Tempered Glass used on a SE setup

Any info out there that shows how much less the PAR is when adding tempered glass to a 400w SE bulb setup? After the bulb explosion a few months back and losing 19 SPS conlonies I added glass to my Luminarc mini reflectors and was curious to what PAR loss i should expect. I looked at the Sanjay website, but for SE bulbs the testing was done without shields.

thanks
Ben

I think somewhere on melevs site he has par reading for his tank with and without glass shields. Although I think he used starfire, not sure though.

If i remember correctly, the loss was pretty minimal, a couple par.
