Is it ok to use both Quick Cure and Coppersafe in QT tank?

I am trying to nurse some fish back to health in a QT tank. I have a flame angel that is pale in color and has tiny white spots all over him (smaller than ich i believe....velvet?) I also have a clown fish who has lost his color and seems to have a bit of mucus on him. I haven't noticed and small white spots yet.

Is it to use both coppersafe and quick cure(contains formalin and malachite green) in the same QT tank?

Well I used a full dose of coppersafe and about a half of a dose of quick cure last night. I woke up just in time this morning to watch the flame angel die .

However, neither of the fish have the small white dots anymore. The flame angel was just very pale in color. The clown is now just pale in color and is sitting up near the surface of the water.

What is the next step I should take?

for ich there are three accepted methods of attacking it
hyposalination
copper medications (or the combination of both)
and tank turnover or a series of water changes correlating the point at which the ich first falls off the fish}
