ozone or uv ? cloudy tank problems

well my 375 has been set up and running for about a month and a half started with marco rock and added some lr to the sump it was bb then i added sand looks better i think. anyway the darn thing still looks cloudy not to mention all the green algae and some diatoms im dealing with was just wondering if i should go ahead and add either ozone or a uv to it. or just wait it out and see i have a mrc phos reactor on it and im running carbon in it right now im changing the filter socks every couple of days just seems like it should be clearer now.. anyway just looking for any suggestions....thanks
