I am new at corals.... about 2 mounths ago i got a frag of star poylps and they have grown a good bit. So now i want to move them from the frag plug to a piece of LR. Can someone tell the process of how to do this...

Those things are very hardy. Some may say a problem. I'd just put the plug onto whatever rock you want and they'll take over from there. You could scrape them off of the plug, by undermining the purple mat then use superglue gel and stick them on the rock.

They were one of my first corals. They guy at my LFS said "I swear, those things would grow in a toilet if you put a light on it"
