Semilavartus with Ich!

My first fish, a semilavartus, is in a QT and has evidence of ich. I'm debating using hyposalinity, copper, Rid Ich, or a combination of the above. I will be feeding garlic as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hypo would be less stressful on the fish.
Rid Ich also helps with infection if used as a dip.
Just don't use all of these treatments at the same time.lol
FWIW,I think garlic is a waste of time.

I prefer a formalin bath followed by copper treatment.

Is there a specific formalin product that you use?
