Plumbing Questions
Ok I have a Eshopps 800 and a Quiet One 3000. They both have 1" (ID? Inside Diameter?)MPT fittings. I plan on ordering the one inch versions of these FTP adapters.
http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...26&pcatid=8026 http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...21&pcatid=8021 Are these the appropriate sizes? I have the worst luck with plumbing! I had to get a 1-1/4" drain tube for the overflow and it still didn't fit. I want to get the kink free (ribbed?) tubing that eshopps sells but I don't know if its the right kind. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...5&pcatid=18365 The sumps say they come with 1-1/4" but the extra tubing they sell at the bottom says 1". I'm so confused! Can someone please help me decifer this mess? I'm trying to make my plumbing more neat and professional. Right now I just have ghetto clear flexible tubing on everything with no adaptors or anything. |
