Shaving brush plant pictures???

Anyone have any pictures of a shaving brush plant colony??? Or have any info on them??? The good, the bad?

My LFS gets them every once in a while.

Dont know much about them.

Ya i just read they shed there needles and they get all over the tank.... may be I will go with maiden's hair???

Here are mine:



I haven't had any problems with them shedding needles. They do go through cycles where they die back slowly, but since they're calcareous, it doesn't cause any problems. They send runners through the sand then gradually regrow.
