American Pinpoint pH Controller
I just purchased, new, an American Marine Pinpoint pH Controller. I am trying to zero in the meter. I have placed the probe on the 7.0 solution and the lowest that I can get is 9.5 and that with the adjustment screw truned all the way till it stops. Any suggestions?

Is the PH probe new? Are you sure you are adjusting the 7.0 screw?

everything is brand new, I personally broke the seal on the box, and moved the adjustment screw in both directions.
