If it's still cycling is that clown doing ok?
You could add some more LR or aquascape what you have. A nice bridge perhaps, or 2 mounds for corals to grow on and fish to swim around.

From the looks of those last two pics it appears that you have found some Aptasia in your new system. I would make a conscious effort to rid your tank of it as soon as possible because if you let them thrive for a little while they will soon take over and begin to pop up every where.
A syringe of boiling water will do the trick or if youd like to acquire a new tankmate you could purchase a peppermint shrimp. Peppermint shrimp find the aptasia to be quite a tasty treat Your tank looks great so far though! Keep us all updated with pictures, its always fun to watch a new system progress and grow.

The clown probably will not make it through the cycle

I forgot something, How many lbs of live rock have you got in your display? Do you have any rubble or small rocks in your sump? And if so how many lbs do you have down there. After reading the post previous to mine i did realize that you are lacking a bit of live rock in your display, at least it appears that way.

I agree, if the tank is still cycling, take the clown out and bring him back to the fish store till the tank has finished cycling. also if I am seeing it right you have snails in there also? if so they won't survive the cycling process.
more rock would be a good thing, and maybe try to open up the aquascape more. other than than it looks like your off to a decent start. |

parameters look good, but I suggest raising the temp up to around 79-80 degrees.

It appears from the looks of the pics that the front of your tank is hanging over the lip on the stand? You might want to think about moving back a little. The way it is now may cause stress on the seams...anyone else feel the same...or am I incorrect?

Well, my dad and a carpenter made it and they said that it was fine the way it was, beacuse they are sevral reenforciment braces under the tank. But thank you for your conncern and i will move it back alittle.

I think for that volume of water you're probably good. Probably being the operative term. Why chance it if you don't have to.
I think you're off to a really nice start. I got my nephew an aquapod 24 for X-mas. My goal is to get him a 46 bow this year if he's successful with the AP. Great little tanks. Keep up the good work!

I like the bow front and they are very inexpensive for the volume of the tank.

yeah, my first tank was a 72 bow, loved it. I had to start my nephew small, more for my brothers sake. didn't want him to freak, 46gallon tank is huge to some people. But if the kid can master a nano, he should be a breeze at a 46.
glad your parameters look good. now I'm not worried about your clown. now aquascape that badboy and get some corals in it!
