Refractometer Recommendation

Can all you experts provide me with your opinion on the best bang for your buck refractometer.

Links would be appreciated.

The Sybon seems to be very popular. I've had one for a couple years with no problems. Just make sure to calibrate it with a good Salinity solution; Pinpoint makes some. Don't use the water that comes with it.

Premium Aquatics as well as many other online retailers sell it.

I got mine for pennies on the dollar on Ebay, got it from the seller Greatdel for only $20 including shipping and it works great, and is surprisingly durable and high quality.

Here is a link to a current auction:

that is cheap! looks decent quality too. the one i had was off ebay as well but from a canadian seller... it was great, but after 4 years, some reason inside the lense part, the magnifing glass part popped off... still works but i gotta shake it a little sometimes to get it back in place
