GEO 612? other questions

Would this work well for a 75 gallon? Or should I stick with 2 part? Also I ordered the TEK light from you last week and I have decided I want the acrylc shield but I dont see it on you site. Do you stock it? On the AC jr. does it come with any outlets or is this what the DC8 is for? I really dont need the powerhead feature being I will be using a Vortech, are there any other reasons to order the whole package over the seperate unit?

Hey Shaq,

This is Bobby from LARC. I am using that GEO on my 60 gal and it works just fine. Get with me if you want to swing by and see it live.

I know its a good reactor, just wanted to make sure it wasnt overkill for such a small tank. Ive used the 2 part before but I am trying to avoid it if the reactor can do the same thing,

Hi,

Yes, i agree, the 612 is very nice size for a 75gallon. Not really too big and can handle larger tanks if you get bigger or more demand.

On the Tek shield, we do sell those. Just not online. Drop us an email sales@premiumaquatics.com and we'll get you a price. We should have all sizes instock.

ON the Junior, it doesn't have any outlets, so you can't control anything without the DC8, lights, pumps, even a ph controller if you decide to go that route. So I would recommend getting the DC8, otherwise it will just be a monitor for your system.
