SPS, LPS, Polyp Food

I am going to get some coral food today and dont know what to get. I have heard cyclopeze, rotifers, oyster eggs, marine snow, ect.

Are one or a couple of these a good source of food for my corals? I feed the LPS and anemones mysids and squid, but need to know about the SPS.

Rotifers and oyster eggs would be the most suitable micron sizes for most SPS, cyclopeeze is good food in general but not really for SPS.

in my book by eric borneman he has a recipe for a mix of food that you make yourself, but that seems like a big hassel and will cost a lot in a big lump-some.

thanks a bunch peter, you always help me out, and hopefully i help you out once in a while.
