Need help fast!!

I need to buy 2 160w VHO bulbs for my fixture but dont know if I want The actinic or the 10,000k white...... Ive been looking for pictures to see the difference it makes in the water and i cant really find anything... The thing is Im using 3 400w 14k MH in this fixture as well for my SPS dominated tank...... I want a bright clear looking tank with not to much blue tint.... Any suggestions?
