what do Blood worms (black worms) eat?

Trying to keep them longer than 5-7 days in the fridge. SO I will feed them to keep them alive (if possible). any ideas?

A couple drops of Selcon every other day will provide them with enough food to live longer. Just be sure to rinse them and change their water every day.
