Water change helps fight Ich?
Will doing a large water change help a fish who's fighting ich?? I have a flame angel and he hasn't been eating the past 3 days and is very sluggish. I am thinking of doing a 50-75% water change and hopefully remove some of the ich form the water column. Anyone think this will be a good idea? Iw ill also lower nitrate and phosphate levels too.

IMO no because i had ich and didn't do anything but feed my fish good food and it went away by itself.
