When you say you want to make it look better, In what way?
What is it that you don't like about the tank at this point?

Welcome to RC.

Playa-1 is right, we need to know what direction you are wanting to head.

Also there is a club site here on RC. Within the club forums you will find the Oklahoma City club site under Central Oklahoma Marine Aquarium Society (COMAS). Feel free to come visit. Just wanted to let you know this, there are several club members that love to help out local members.

And get the Tang out. It's going to get far too big for that tank.

I would lower the temperature a bit to 78. It is unlikely that a heater will be the binding constraint on tank temperature, especially in the summer. The three A. occelaris (false perculas) will be come two. The yellow tang will become too large and will stress out. Can you tell us what you want to do in terms of a different look? And welcome to reef central!!

Just sent you another PM (personal message) on how to post pics. You'll have to go to your "my rc" to get your pm's. Just click the "MY RC" at the top of the page.

Need more live rock. If your wanting to keep corals and a nem, you'll want a better skimmer.
Need to know more- What type of coral are wanting to keep? sps, lps, leathers or softies?

Also is the orbit light fixture you have- a metal halide, t-5's, or pc's? The reason I ask is that I'm not familiar with the orbit fixtures.

I agree Your lacking on live rock. Add about 30 lbs and see what it looks like. I would also replace the heaters with a stealth heater and it will hide nicely behind the live rock and not be an eyesore. The stealth also does not have a glass outter case and is not likely to break in the tank. I think the little stick on thermometers look much nicer then what is in there now and they only cost a couple of bucks.
Lighting will need to be upgraded to keep corals.
I have no opinion on your skimmer. I've never heard of them.

I also agree that your tanks would look much better without the tang in there

Don't forget, we have a comas meeting this satuday 7:00 pm @ the UCO campus. If your interested in getting rid of the tang, there will be lots of members there that may be interested in it.

I would be good if you could measure the tank so we would know what size it is. Length x Width x Height x .00434 = Volume in gal
