Fish Craping all over Sand

How can I make the sand look clean, and not see fish crap all over the sand? Also other crap on sand too.

Sand-sifters, increased water movement, and nutrient control should help.

fish poo

i have a couple ideas that i used to try to help my tank. One is i bought a sand sifting star or a serpeant star might work. some hermit crabs eat desitrus. Also I bought nassarius snails which i question how helpful they are but they are pretty cool regardles. Another option is to increase the flow in the tank. Getting a goby can help sift thorugh the fish crap. I think the increased flow is the best option

I've potty trained my fish. They tell me when they need to go and I bring them up to the toilet.

Just siphon . . .

Yellow-eyed/Kole tangs will often sift the substrate if it the grains are small enough...all Ctenochaetus will. The other suggestions are good as well.
